Policies

Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

Purpose

Optimised Sport Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of its operations and supply chains. Although we are a micro business, we recognise our responsibility to act ethically and with integrity.

Our Commitment

We fully support the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We maintain a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking.

We ensure that all services we provide — including coaching and First Aid training — are delivered in a safe, respectful, and lawful environment.

Business Structure & Supply Chain

Optimised Sport Ltd is a single director, single employee company.

We use a small number of reputable UK based suppliers for training equipment, digital services, and venue hire.

We avoid high risk supply chains and do not engage suppliers who cannot demonstrate ethical labour practices.

Due Diligence

We select suppliers based on their reputation, compliance, and transparency.

We expect suppliers to uphold the same standards and to comply with UK labour laws.

If concerns arise about a supplier’s labour practices, we will investigate and, if necessary, cease working with them.

Training & Awareness

As the sole director, Bertrand maintains awareness of modern slavery risks relevant to small UK businesses and ensures procurement decisions reflect ethical standards.

Reporting Concerns

Any concerns relating to modern slavery or unethical labour practices can be raised directly with the Director.

All concerns will be taken seriously and acted upon promptly.
